I have been playing the guitar since I was 16 years old and sang before that . I have played in clubs and restaurants since I was 18. I have played in the Fort Worth, Dallas Texas area mostly. I started a in a place called the Hop in the late 70's and played the local circuit such as The Pig and Whistle, Devine's and Blossom's, Daddio's, and Abernathy's. I have played The White Elephant Saloon , The Stockyards Saloon, and the Longhorn Saloon in the Stockyards of Fort Worth Texas.

I have a new home

Wednesday 23 May 2007 at 8:30 pm renesims.com has a new home. This is temporary, but if I like it, maybe I will stay here. I will update the Gig dates as soon as I can, and start setting up a place to upload pictures. As always, you can still visit my MySpace music site. More updates in a bit (as soon as Steve teaches me how to work this site :-) ~Rene
